I understand and acknowledge that by agreeing to CheersOften’s Terms & Services, I have knowingly and voluntarily given up certain legal rights and/or possible claims which I might otherwise assert or maintain against CheersOften, including, but not limited to any claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, suits, and liabilities for actions or inactions, negligence, or fault of CheersOften.

By agreeing to this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is injured or property is damaged while using the services of CheersOften, I have waived my right to assert any legal claims, including filing a lawsuit, against CheersOften on the basis of any claim from which I have released CheersOften herein.

I hereby voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge CheersOften, its officers, owners, employees, volunteers, participants and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, from any and all liability, claims, demands, fines, penalties, costs, suits, losses, actions or right of action, injuries, death, illness or disease (both physical or mental), and damages to property, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my use of the services of CheersOften, including, but not limited to the actions or inactions, negligence or fault of CheersOften.
